Nourishment, botanical support, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle restructuring in a personalized and adaptive format.

My name is Aícha Dramé. My work supports you in restoring your relationship with food, plants, your body, and your own rhythm.
Within a private, guided container, I offer real-time support for nourishment, lifestyle design, and nervous-system regulation, meeting your body where it actually is, not where a program assumes it should be.
Prepared food is offered only during intensive phases.
The long-term intention is for you to learn how to nourish yourself with confidence, clarity, and simplicity, and to become fluent in your own signals rather than dependent on external structure.
My practice is centered on attunement, botanical and tea alchemy, somatic regulation, and sustainable daily rituals that you can carry into your life.
The prepared meals and detox support phase is available within any container and is always time-limited. During intensive phases, prepared food and detox support are provided; meals are personally prepared by Aícha. This phase is designed to stabilize your body, simplify your system, and create a clear sensory reference for how nourishment can feel.
This phase includes:
-Curated plant-based meals prepared by Aícha
-Daily botanical and tea support
-A personalized detox rhythm
-Daily check-ins and real-time adjustments
-Support with energy, digestion, sleep, appetite, and mood
-Guidance for lifestyle simplification
-Nervous-system pacing and rest support
-This phase can be added to any container.
-The number of intensive weeks is chosen based on your needs.
A 7-day immersion focused on stabilizing digestion and appetite, reducing nervous-system overload, restoring daily rhythm, and establishing a clear foundation for nourishment and plant-based support. This container is ideal for acute fatigue, lifestyle disruption, post-travel recovery, or as an entry point into longer-term private work.
A 12-week residency designed to support seasonal reset, nourishment and digestion retraining, nervous-system stabilization, habit formation, and rhythm rebuilding, including one supervised detox phase. This container provides sufficient time for the body to reorganize and for daily routines to become sustainable.
Once stability is established, you transition into preparing your own food. This phase teaches you how to build simple meals aligned with your digestion and energy needs; substitute ingredients based on sensitivities and seasonal availability; batch cook and organize a realistic weekly food rhythm; stock your kitchen with functional, adaptable ingredients; integrate teas and botanicals into daily meals; and transition from a detox structure into long-term nourishment.
Plant and Botanical Accompaniment
You will develop personal botanical literacy rather than relying on fixed formulas. This includes personalized tea and infusion rhythms; guidance with roots, flowers, and resins; seasonal plant education; safety and dosage principles; emotional and sensory plant pairing; and ways to integrate plants into daily rituals and meals.
Attunement and Nervous System Support
As nourishment and lifestyle shift, regulating your nervous system becomes essential. This includes private attunement sessions; somatic awareness and interoceptive practices; stress and overload recalibration; emotional rhythm mapping; pacing and boundary support; and tools for sensory regulation.
Detox and Body Reset Guidance
A supervised, gentle structure supports cellular clearing and restoration. This includes an individualized detox rhythm; a food simplification and reintroduction structure; symptom navigation; hydration and mineral guidance; sleep and recovery optimization; and energy and fatigue management.
Movement and Body Rhythm Support
Movement is designed for regulation and body trust, not for performance. This includes a personalized daily movement framework; pacing aligned with detox and recovery phases; strategies for rest; and breath-integrated movement practices.
Lifestyle and Rhythm Design
Your daily environment and routines are adjusted to support sustainable regulation. This includes restructuring work and rest; digital and sensory hygiene; personal ritual and pause design; and realistic scheduling and pacing strategies.
Integration and Self-Sufficiency
The closing phase ensures you can continue your practices independently. This includes a personalized nourishment structure; a plant and tea rhythm plan; a long-term lifestyle map; tools for navigating disruptions or relapses; and a closing integration session.

The weekly rate is influenced by the level of personalized support required. Higher rates apply when multiple meals per day are prepared, dietary restrictions or sensitivities are complex, daily check-ins and real-time adjustments are frequent, detox or nervous system support is intensive, specialty ingredients or on-site presence are required, or emotional and somatic stabilization demands additional session time. Lower rates apply when fewer meals are needed, support remains primarily structured and scheduled, and the client is physiologically stable.
Final pricing is confirmed after a personal intake and body mapping session to ensure your program is fully tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals.
